Improving Soil, Pastures and Productivity in the NED area.
Funding source Condamine Alliance- Sustainable Agriculture Program. The funding will enabled NED to establish three farmer groups and work with a specialist consultant to support them to improve productivity and sustainability.
Three group meeting will be held and one joint field day. This work builds on previous initiatives in the North East Downs Landcare area to further expand and improve landholders understanding and application of sustainable farming technologies and practices.
It is expected this project will be completed by June 2013
